usage: email [params] (no param = compose new message)
    -list (or -l) (lists messages in queue)
    -edit nnn (edit message in queue or in sent folder)
    -send (deliver all messages)
    -send nnn (deliver specified message)
    -delete nnn (delete message from queue)
    -sent (list sent messages)
    -address (edit Address Books)
    -help (display this info)

When composing a message, type '\r' an the beginning of the line 
to choose a text file to read (insert) in the message. If you know
the filename, type '\r filename'.
Type '\sig' to insert your signature (must have a mail.sig file).
Type '\system' to go to shell ('exit' will go back to message composer).
